Pedantic

As an English teacher I found that a familiar error in students' writing was maintaining continuity as they moved - often seismically - from one idea to another.

It can happen to all of us.

Therefore, when I referred earlier to 'rock' violinists and then moved to those I had seen live, I meant violinists playing live, rather than just the rock representatives, thus I didn't mean to imply Stephane Grappelli was into heavy metal as a player, though he may have been as a listener.

Spelling was also a common problem in students' writing. So I have corrected the spelling of SG's name too.
